Crossing the Ford

If you ever go horse treking in Iceland, crossing fords and glacier streams has always been an exciting activity. 

These riders are fording Markarfljót near Eyjafjardarsysla, IS, around 1900 AD. 








Below is another crossing at Hvítá near Bláfell.
