This clever idea enables you to ride solo or in a team to rack up the mileage that you need to ride to the event. Riders across the world vary in the mileage. Some teams are actually riding to the event; others need to do it virtually. Last year, the US team rode 7000 miles to accumulate the virtual miles--let's hope they got an early start.
